Could you imagine being involved in a self-defense shooting? Imagine the fear, stress, and anxiety as you sit inside the interrogation room.
Is this the moment that you want to be reading reviews about the best criminal defense attorney?
Questions You Should Ask...
If you truly want to be a safe and a responsible Florida concealed carry permit holder, you must have a legal plan in place before a violent attack ever occurs.
Here are just a few of the questions you should be asking:
Which law firm and attorney are going to represent you after a shooting?
Do you have the ability to contact this person 24 hours a day?
How much is it going to cost to have this attorney represent you during the interrogation?
When your attorney arrives, he or she will help you calm down and understand what is about to happen during the interrogation. However, your attorney is not allowed to talk for you.
Your attorney is simply going to be in the room to help you when you go through this line of questioning with the police detectives. Now, it definitely does not operate the way that it does in the movies.
Your Attorney Can't Stop The Police...
The attorney can't force the police to stop. The police have a job. They have to figure out what's going on. However, the attorney can run some type of interference sometimes.
What that means, is it's possible for the attorney to make it so that you don't have to give your statement right away. If they're able to let you go home, you can rest, try to sleep, and eat some food before you give the statement. That way you have time to collect your thoughts.
That's all I have for today. So until next time keep training and stay safe...
